So What Did I Think Of From Kiss to Queen by Janet Chapman?
This was a very, very charming story that hooked me from the beginning. There was great adventure and action with endearing main and secondary characters. I loved the premise of the story. Such a sweet romance between Jane and Mark with great development of their relationship, even with them being in vastly different social standings. They were both strong willful characters, that made their relationship fun and exciting.
I really liked how strong a connection they had for each other from the beginning, especially with Mark and his pursuit of Jane. Very glad Jane gave him a run for his money, making him work for it. That Mark cared and showed Jane just how important to him and his people was really nice. Jane really found her place in Mark’s world, she stuck to who she was and her voice and didn’t change. She let her voice be known, showing strong character throughout while still having vulnerabilities.
I loved seeing such a strong, powerful, capable man be so captivated by this unassuming woman and fall so hard for her. The theme of family and belonging was greatly showcased with Mark’s family and Jane seeing how they accepted her and easily made her a part of the family. Mark and Jane had such a sweet, strong connection with some hot spicy sexy times. Overall I found to have really enjoyed reading From Kiss To Queen by Janet Chapman and looking forward to read more!
