The last thing Vaughan Hewson expects to find when he returns to his childhood home is a broken hearted bride in his shower, let alone the drama and chaos that comes with her.

Lydia Green doesn't know whether to burn down the church or sit and cry in a corner. Discovering the love of your life is having an affair on your wedding day is bad enough. Finding out it's with his best man is another thing all together. She narrowly escapes tying the knot and meets Vaughan only hours later.

Vaughan is the exact opposite of the picture perfect, respected businessman she thought she'd marry. This former musician-turned-bartender is rough around the edges and unsettled. But she already tried Mr. Right and discovered he's all wrong-maybe it's time to give Mr. Right Now a chance.

After all, what's wrong with getting dirty?

So What Did I Think Of Dirty by Kylie Scott?

This was a fun, exciting hilarious romance that had my interest from beginning to end. Lydia was dealt with a messed up situation leading to the end of her relationship, on her wedding day. Man seeing her deal with that was painful but I liked how Lydia dealt with it and in the end it led to her meeting Vaughan, so.

When Vaughan and Lydia met there was an instant spark that was clearly felt which developed into a smooth easy friendship as they got to know each other. Even with the friendship there was the underlining sexual tension that kept building and building. And with that anticipation and build up, when they did get together it was great and sizzling.

Even though they were dealing with serious issues of cheating, going for ones dreams, figuring out what that was, instead of being all serious it took on a humorous tone which had me smiling and laughing. There was great development as they dealt with the hard issues of their lives and getting things back on track. Plus the secondary characters were just as vibrant and engaging.

Overall I really enjoyed reading Dirty by Kylie Scott and look forward to reading more from this series.
