Blazing Passion – Intense Chemistry – Captivating Drama – Compelling Characters – Emotional Roller Coster – Gripping Story
This was such an emotional intense read and I loved every moment of it! Harlow and Grant have had such a complicated relationship since the start of their relationship in Take A Chance and things have just gotten so much more complicated with danger thrown into the mix. Things started off complicated for Grant and Harlow what with Grant messing with Nan (Harlow’s estranged half sister) before Harlow. Also Grant being known as a player and Harlow having serious trust issues. Yeah, I did say their relationship was complicated but even with all of that when Harlow took a chance with being Grant’s friend and Grant truly opened up to Harlow they had such a strong intense chemistry that easy continue to grow.
With all of the captivating drama that they had to face Grant and Harlow had this intense chemistry that even with all of the heartache and danger surrounding them it was undeniable the feelings they had for each other. Though they both at a time struggled with the relationship and the secrets that threaten to pull them apart. The drama was super intense and filled with so much emotions I was engaged the whole time with the heavy sense of danger that was threatening their future. Harlow was a quite person but she was so strong and determine that everything would work out for their future dealing with such troubling and dangerous situations with a clear head and open heart and this steel backbone that I truly admired. Grant, man he completely grabbed my heart this time. He was so open and he poured out all his emotions and feeling for Harlow. Yeah, he made some stupid mistakes in the beginning but he really stepped up and was determined to do right by Harlow and cared for her so strongly and their future that he completely own me over.
I absolutely loved One More Chance by Abbi Glines and how emotional it made me feel as Harlow and Grant battled for their relationship and future. I was completely into their intense complicated drama and sweep up in their love. I was very happy how it ended for them, after everything they indeed had a happily ever after!
