Asa and Callie had nothing in common. He was an Ace, raised in the club and loyal to it above all else. She was a high school student with braces on her teeth and a narrow view of the world.
They should have never crossed paths.
But when Callie decides to defy her parents, and Asa goes on an errand for the club, their lives collide. He saves her, and she mesmerizes him.
They part believing they’ll never see each other again.
Neither could have predicted the chain of events they’d put in motion.
Now the two have to navigate the dark waters of a relationship built on tragedy and need without drowning in guilt for things outside their control.
How do you love someone when the worst decision of your life was the reason you met them?

Craving Redemption was an intense read. Asa and Callie’s relationship was a long intense ride that really grew and evolved as they dealt with their connection and all the drama and danger surrounding them. What drew me to the story was how opposite Asa and Callie were with Asa being this older tough biker guy who’s focus was on his motorcycle club and Callie was this young high school girl who was looking to just get out and have fun. I was curious at what would make these two obviously different characters come together and would they actually last.
When Asa and Callie got together there was so much drama going on with Asa dealing with his club business and Callie being in the wrong place at the wrong time, things went wrong fast but in the end she caught Asa’s eye and there were sparks. Their connection didn’t instantly happen which I was happy about because too much was going down but it was a raging build up that kept building the more time that they spent together. With all of the violence and danger they sort of fused together. Even though they had a strong connection it was good to see their relationship develop and how they dealt with all the trials and tribulations that was thrown their way.
Callie went through a crazy tough journey. She went from this rebellious sixteen year old girl to this independent determined woman. Asa was the tough determined guy and I enjoyed was how protective Asa was for Callie and her family. I was also happy that he just a couple years older than Callie and he had this maturity and focus on developing a future with Callie, it was interesting to see his growth. While they had this blazingly hot sexy connection it was also a challenging one, dealing with long distances, priorities, enemies and just growing up.
Overall Craving Redemption by Nicole Jacquelyn was a yummy read that I really enjoyed. It was a long story but I liked that, I got to really see the development and growth of their relationship and as individuals. There was a candid up front frankness style to the writing that I connected with.
